Description:   The Hellenic Journal of Psychology (HJP) is a peer-reviewed journal published in Greece every four months by the Psychological Society of Northern Greece. The journal aims mainly at (a) promoting psychological research and knowledge in Greece; (b) making Greek psychology accessible to nonGreek scholars all over the world; (c) facilitating collaboration and exchange of ideas between psychologists working in Greece and elsewhere; (d) supporting young researchers to present their work and learn the publication process through constructive feedback; (e) providing electronic access to full text articles. The official language of HJP is Greek and Eng-lish. To achieve the above goals HJP supports publication of special issues that are conceptually driven and involve both Greek and nonGreek researchers. The journal welcomes articles in all areas of psychology and encourages young researchers to submit their work. Particular emphasis is given to constructive feedback to the authors through the review process. The Hellenic Journal of Psychology publishes original investigations that contribute to our knowledge and understanding of human behavior in various settings. It considers both basic and applied research papers, empirical or theoretical articles that extend existing knowledge and have practical implications of interest to researchers and professionals.
